Over 12 weeks of intensive 1:1 strategic and somatic support, we move through three distinct phases.
PHASE 1: Timeline Deep Dive
Sessions 1-3 | Weeks 1-6
What we’re doing: Mapping what shaped your entrepreneurial path, identifying patterns running under the surface, and clearing space for what wants to emerge.
Session 1: What Made You Who You Are
We start with your body, not your business plan.
I’ll ask: When you think about premium pricing, where does your body contract? Throat? Belly? Chest?
Then we track it back to identify the survival patterns still running your business:
The one who stays small to stay safe (Invisible)
The one who manages everyone’s feelings (People Pleaser)
The one who over-delivers hoping to be enough (Over-Deliverer)

Session 4 | Week 7-8
What we’re doing: Using Human Design and Gene Keys to show you what you’re actually built for - not what you’ve been conditioned to do.
This isn’t personality typing. This is understanding your body’s natural decision-making process, your energetic signature, and the journey from shadow patterns to gifts.
We explore:
How your energy actually works (and why “hustle mode” might deplete you)
Your natural strategy for decisions (not what gurus tell you)
Your life’s work theme (the throughline of what you’re here to do)
The specific shadows blocking you and the gifts they’re protecting

Common Questions
“Can I do this while working full-time?”
Yes. Most clients do. Sessions are bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) and scheduled around your availability. Homework is 2-3 hours per week - manageable alongside full-time work.
“What if I need to reschedule a session?”
48-hour notice required. We’ll find a new time that works. Life happens - we’ll work with it.
“What if I don’t vibe with Human Design / Gene Keys?”
That’s fine. It’s one tool among many. If it doesn’t resonate, we focus more on somatic work and business strategy. The framework is flexible.
“How do I know this will work for me?”
You don’t. That’s the truth. What I can tell you: This works when you show up honestly, do the homework, take action despite resistance. It doesn’t work when you intellectualize, skip practices, or resist discomfort.
The work works. The question is: will you work with it?
“Can I get a refund if it’s not working?”
After Session 2, we’ll check in. If we’re both clear this isn’t the right fit, I’ll refund 50% and we’ll part ways. No hard feelings. But you need to show up for those first 2 sessions to make that evaluation.
“What timezone are you in?”
Portugal (GMT/WET). I work with clients across Europe, UK, and US East Coast regularly. We’ll find times that work for both of us.
“Do you offer payment plans?”
Yes - 2 or 3 payments as outlined above. Payment plans require first payment before Session 1.
